About Us
Our Owner Jerry DelliGatti moved to Texas from Pennsylvania 16 years ago. Since then he’s waited tables and bartended at different places.
He always had a passion for cooking. As a youth, Jerry always loved helping his grandmas cook. Between grandma and his mother, he learned a ton of recipes. He used trial and error to get things right where he wanted them.
For the last 12 years or so Jerry would host free lunch on Sundays at Schooners Sports bar in San Antonio. From there the opportunity presented itself for Jerry to open his own shop.
